How it works
Good translations are more than just literal translations of the original text. The translation of many documents, including legal or specific industry research papers and theses, need to align with the exact terms of the source material and of the host country. Precision and accuracy matters. You can always run it through Google Translate, but the best translations are achieved through experience, speaking both languages natively and a thorough understanding of the material.
I endeavour to replicate the layout and formatting of your original document as much as possible. Your certified translations are then delivered as digital PDF documents with the NAATI seal, number and signature (both the translations and the original text). We can email soft copies to you, as well as post original documents to your designated postal address.

Basic Rates
We manage your project to the highest professional standard from beginning to end. For very large projects, I can estimate a bulk rate. If you require postage via regular mail, please add postage costs. Sometimes a 50% up-front deposit is required.
SHORT DOCUMENTS
$25/ 100 words
I charge a base rate of $25 per 100 words. In practice, most 1-page documents like certificates or diplomas are just $25.
BIGGER PROJECTS
$55/ 250 words
For longer documents or more complex translations, the rate is $55 up to 250 words. I can also estimate a bulk rate depending on the project.
RUSH JOBS
$75
If you need a large document overnight or same day, there could be a $75 surcharge. This typically does not apply to 1-page documents.
